André Cornellier: Montreal Panorama

by valrac4_a3kqdy

Until October 16, 2011, the McCord Museum is presenting a monumental-sized creation by Montreal photographer André Cornellier. Composed of more then 1300 photographs, the 360° panorama of the city of Montreal was taken from atop a tower in the city’s south central borough. Cornellier’s work will be exhibited next to the Notman Studio’s Montreal Mural, the 1896 inspiration for his modern work.
