The McCord Museum in Montreal is presenting Edward Curtis: Beyond Measure through November 18. In 1906, Edward Curtis took on what would become a 24-year project of photographing Native North Americans. Over those years, Curtis took about 40,000 photos of 80 tribes and published his work in a 20-volume encyclopedic collection. This exhibition shows a selection of his photogravures.
