  • ViewPoint Gallery in Halifax has announced the 2nd annual call for submissions from international artists for its International Competition 2013. (Deadline: April 1)
  • The Audience Engagement Grant will support photographers with an idea of how to use existing photography work of a social justice or human rights issue as a tool for social change. (Deadline: April 3)
  • Nikon’s 2013 Small World Photomicrography Competition is accepting entries. (Deadline: April 30)
  • The 2013 Sigma Scholarship Contest is accepting submissions from photography students who shoot with Sigma lenses. (Deadline: April 30)
  • The Renaissance Photography Prize 2013 is accepting submissions. Funds raised from entries will go to support younger women with breast cancer. (Deadline: April 28)
  • Photo Life’s Showtime Photo Contest, sponsored by Epson Canada Ltd., is open to all Canadian residents. The next deadlines and themes are February 8 (A Mother) and April 12 (Insects).
