Through April 4, Concordia University’s FOFA Gallery in Montreal is presenting Mika Goodfriend’s Snowbirds, an exhibition of documentary photos of Breezy Hill trailer park in Pompano Beach, Florida. Many Québécois move down to this community each winter; in fact, they make up 98% of the town’s residents. Born in Quebec himself, Goodfriend takes an anthropological approach to studying the Québécois culture and identity among the Québécois retirees of Breezy Hill.
