Through May 26, Vancouver Art Gallery is featuring work by Toronto-based photographer Edward Burtynsky. Burtynsky is known for his beautiful and disturbing landscape images showing the impact of humankind on the environment. The exhibition includes forty-four photographs taken between 1983 and 2013; many are from his new project Water, which he began in 2008.
