Through November 16, The Great War: The Persuasive Power of Photography is on view at the National Gallery of Canada in Ottawa. This exhibition presents a collection of images from the First World War, including examples of official documentation used for strategic purposes, photographs intended to raise public support, and personal portraits of soldiers and their family members.
