Stephen Bulger Gallery in Toronto is presenting Subway: A Group Show Exhibition through March 14. This exhibition combines historical and contemporary images to celebrate subways. Both quotidien and otherworldly, subways are a necessary part of the lives of many people who live in cities. The show presents work by Dave Heath, André Kertész, William Klein, Luis Mallo, Jamel Shabazz, Kazuo Sumida, Alexey Titarenko, George S. Zimbel and unknown photographers. The exhibition will also have thematically-related Saturday afternoon film screenings at the gallery’s cinema space, CAMERA.
